Today, I wanted to show you the ability for us to fill out RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires for you.

This is the UI, and as you can see, there are a few options:

• You can ask a question and get an answer.
• You can create a document.
• And now, you can fill out an RFP—this could be an RFP, RFI, or a security questionnaire.

All you do is upload the file that you want, and it will take a moment to read through it. The system then asks, "Which column should I look for questions? Which column should I put the answers in?" Once you define that, you just click ‘Generate’, and the system runs a background process to answer the questions.

In many cases, it only takes a couple of minutes to fill out the entire document—even for 100 or 200 questions—and you’ll get an email notification once it’s done.

Let me show you how a filled-out version looks. If you look here, the system tells me:

• How many questions were asked
• How many questions were answered
• The exact questions and answers

It even provides references for where it pulled each answer from.

Once you’re ready, all you need to do is click the export button, and boom, it’s exported as a full Excel sheet—completely ready for you.
