Before starting the integration process, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

• Admin-level access is required in Docket.
• API key is required from Clari Copilot.
  • Should have Clari Enterprise plan.
  • Only a Clari Copilot admin can generate the API Token.
  • Go to Workspace Settings.

Important notes

• Disconnecting from Clari Copilot will permanently delete the ingested data from Docket, and it won't be used for future answer generation. Users should be cautioned accordingly.
• Docket will ingest external calls from selected experts only.
• When new conversations are added in Clari Copilot, ideally in 24 hours it will take to be used in answer generation.
